Himalayan Guiding Australai and Ashara Retreats, invites you to take time to breathe and immerse yourself in rich Nepali culture and spirituality, surrounded by the majestic views of the Annapurna, Chulu, Ganesh and Manaslu mountain ranges. The trek will be off the tourist trail and includes a 9 day introductory trek and to the remote sacred Lakes of Nyemje Pokhari and Nag Pokhari (3200m), lead by our very ownnexperienced Australian Guide, Helen Dobra.

Our Women’s Treks are the opportunity to experience a remote trek of moderate altitude and traditional village life, with a group of supportive women.

Trekking through the remote and untouristed Rupina la region and the Manaslu Conservation area, you will be provided with a new way to experience Nepal. Far from the crowds of the Everest and Annapurna regions.
